Answer
Dachsie:
My dogs get 3 walks a day. Morning and late afternoon are a mixture of bathroom and exercise. The last walk of the night is strictly for bathroom.
The 2 major walks are a combo of off-leash exercise & on leash. We generally cover about 5 or more miles a day, depending on weather.
Daniel:
3 times a day before feeding him. The walks last for about 20-40 minutes, depending on how tired she gets.
Once a day I take her to the park for socializing and training.
I keep all of these short since she is just a puppy, but I will start with more intensive training once she grows up.
Laura:
My parent's dogs get a walk once a day. they have a fenced in yard
that they go play in, and go to the bathroom, but the walks are strictly
for exercise.
Rosie:
Maybe a couple times a week, they'll get an actual walk.
But, they also get play time in the yard, agility classes, obedience training and other types of mental & physical exercise.
Nobby:
For an hour a day for his main walk, a short walk if he wants one, and he gets free access to the garden.
He also likes the occasional day out and we're planning weekend at the seaside this year.
