There's an emergency vet open. Don't count on any live puppies but you may still be able to save her.
Meantime, next time one presents run an oiled finger around the vaginal opening between the opening and the pup and with your other hand try pulling it out gently. Your goal is to not severely injure the mother, the pup is already dead.

They aren't 'too big'. What do you mean? You should have prepared for your pregnant dog giving birth, but just let her get on with it somewhere quiet without watching her.
Almost all vets will have an emergency number, just like any hospital.
