How to stop my cat from peeing everywhere!!?!?

Ask: We moved into our new house last night.. it has all NEW carpet and flooring. His litterbox is completely clean and I've showed him where it is multiple times. But he keeps peeing everywhere, even on the tile flooring! He is 4 years old and has been neutered since before he was 1. I can't handle this, please help!!!

Keep him in there for a week or so until he calms down. When the stores open tomorrow, go to the pet store and get a Feliway diffuser. That will help. Cats hate change, and he has had a big change. He will settle down, and confining him will make him feel more secure.
