How do I make sure both cats get fed?

Ask: I have to feed 2 semi feral cats for my neighbour. 1 male and 1 female. The male is friendly and is always there waiting to be fed. I feed them once a day- 2 pouches of wet food in the morning. 

The male has a big appetite and will eat a lot of food. The female is very afraid of people and is often not around how do I make sure she gets fed?

Reza: My boyfriends grandmother has a bunch of feral cats she takes care of. She usually leaves just a bunch of dry food out for them and plops on some wet food a couple times a day so they always have food

Tham153: leave both dry and wet food. I feed a colony of ferals at 9 am and 4:30 pm
