Jim:
Get some deworming tablets at the store, or better yet, take it to the
vet and get some prescription deworming meds. It's normal, but you'll
need to get the meds to kill the worms, so the cat can poop them out.
Be sure to clean up very well while he's pooping out the worms, so the
eggs don't get on things.
Sabrina:
Ah! This I might know what it is. If the worms are very small and white
they could be segments of a tapeworm. Cats usually get them by eating
fleas/rodents with the tapeworm eggs in them. A quick call and check up
with a vet can get you a pill to give to your kitty. One pill and
constant flea preventatives afterward should insure you won't be
finding them for awhile.
Rae:
You need to take it to a vet. It needs it's kitten shots, and if it has
worms the vet needs to identify them and give you the proper meds.
Animals aren't cheap, don't have a pet if you aren't willing or able to
care for n it properly.
Puppet:
The cat just needs to be dewormed the infestation could be pretty bad but a deworming (or a few) will take care of the problem.
They do sell tablets at the store but overall I suggest having a vet do it.

that means your cat has some sort of intestinal parasite/worm. take it
to a vet to get it checked out. the vet will probably give you a worm
medication to give to the cat
Lee:
Get it to the vet or local pet shots clinic so it can get meds. Call
local pet stores to ask about low cost shot clinics or call local ASPCA.
Choko:
What IS it? It's worms. Take her to the vet, immediately.
