It's
not about what im comfortable about its the fact that i live in a
country where i dont always trust that the quality of meat is good so i
dont want my cat to get sick.

An obligate carnivore doesn't need veggies and fruits. Cats are
designed to eat raw meat, organs and bones. Cooking the meat destroys
taurine, an essential part of a cats diet. Without taurine a cat will
die.
I can't believe it's been fed nothing but liver and hasnt developed
vitamin A toxicity yet. If you can't properly prepare a well balanced
raw diet, then the next best thing would be a quality canned food.
You
can kill a cat by not feeding it properly, so I would stop with this
experimental diet you're working on and just feed it a balanced
commercial raw or canned diet before you make this kitten severely ill.

Cooking meat for cats is a bad idea - it destroys the taurine naturally
found in raw meats. Without taurine a cat will develop heart issues
and go blind. That is why it s added back into commercial cat foods.
Cats don t need veggies or fruits, and raw liver is not a complete diet.
Seek out a small butcher shop - if it is meat that you yourself would
eat it s fine to feed to a cat. But plunking down a piece of raw meat
isn t a proper diet either.
Read about them online - you need to feed
either the prey model diet, or BARF. Both of them involve feeding
muscle meat, with a proper balance of organ meat and raw bones. If you
are unable to feed a proper raw diet, then you need to feed your kitten a
proper canned food.
That is the second best. Not sure where you live,
but you can often mail order food and get whatever you need. But
unfortunately while your intentions are good, a diet of cooked meat and
veggies is not a healthy thing for a cat.

I have read a great deal about cooking for my animals and even after all that reading don't feel qualified to answer your question. When I've discussed home cooking food with my vet she had urged me to feed part grain free kibble.
So...the cat gets adult taste of the wild salmon kibble with a small amount of cooked meat from what I cook for the dogs, and the dogs get taste of the wild kibble with cooked meat that has a orange and green veges in it but is more meat and low salt broth than anything else. I get the meat at my local Heath food store, it's all antibiotic and hormone free, mostly lean beef and turkey thigh.

As soon as uyou cook food for uyour cat you take out the "good' in the
diet. Cats dont required cooked food, and their digestiver systems are
best designed to handle raw meat. Id reccomend a species apprpriate diet
of raw meat organs amnd ediblwe meaty bones. Google prey model raw for

the research. Then discuss it with your vet. ANY home made food for
your at needs to have certain minerals, protein and vitamins. A diet of
ground beef and vegetables will severely lack calcium, which cats need a
lot of and (in the wild when they have to hunt their own food) they get
from digesting mice and bird bones.
Bigger bones, like chicken, become
brittle and even a very small shard of bone can rip the insides of a
cat to bits. There are other vitamins and minerals your cat will need
and you have to give it to her in the proper amounts or, just like with
humans, your cat could get sick from ingesting too much.
Do a search
for homemade cat foods, read the recipes to make sure they make sense to
you (your cat doesn't need artificial flavoring or all that), then go
talk to your vet to see what he thinks of the diet.

Your cat should eat raw meat. That's it. Cat's can't digest veggies
and cooked meat has had all of the nutrients the cat needs removed.
What you're "comfortable" with should have no impact on how your cat
eats.
