It doesnt hurt infact i allow her to do it cuz it tickles rather then hurt and i actually like that ticklish feeling. She does this alot to me when i start talking or laughing in a high pitched voice and even if im not talking and just doing hw she will be beside me taking a nap and next thing i know she wakes up randomly and a part of my wrist is in her mouth again for like 1 whole min.
She is a very sweet cat in fact she way too sweet and the only time shes ever bitten anyone was when we first got her and she was wrestling with this stuffed toy and i put my hand in between her and the stuffed animal to get it away from her cuz i didnt want it to get ripped apart and she bit me and clawed me and that did hurt and she never bit me after that again except im getting suspicious that these ticklish 'love bites' might not be love bites at all.
Answer:
BlackCat: You can tell whether it is aggressive or not. A love bite doesn't hurt. Other times they mean to hurt.
My cat has a tendency to ask for a cuddle, be happy until I start talking, then puts one paw gently on my nose. If I say anything else, the other paw shoots up, claws come out and she leans forwards and bites the end of my nose. It hurts!
Elaine: If she didn't draw blood, it was done in play, or was done because she was super excited and lost control.
