If you mix a German Shorthaired Pointer and any type of Shepherd together the litter of pups would all be considered mixed breeds. Because that is what you are doing is mixing breeds.
Be kind to your dogs and spay and neuter them.

They would be worthless BYBer mutt puppies. No one ever breds a white GSD since they have massive issues. Only BYBers bred them and since its a mutt and the other dog is a mutt, they will produce worthless mutt puppies. Spay and neuter them 

C Dogs:

If you mean GSD, they would be GSDs, even if one parent was white. If you mean GSP, they would be mutts.
