I'm trying to get him to the vet, but he will not come from under the bed. He'll snap and snarl at anyone that even attempts to touch him. I don't know what I should do? Or how to get him from under there?

I feel very sorry for him. Even if you have to move the bed, try and get him. I feel confident that someone or something hurt him. Animals become ashamed when they've been hurt. Get him to the vet as soon as you can.

Yes, it is vital that you take him to the vets.
Stop trying to get him out from under the bed, simply put some tasty treats a few feet from the bed and walk away. Eventually he will come out.
