I couldn't tell if they were errect or not so I don't know if one of them got her pregnant. But she kept me up all night meowing and suddenly it's like she's not in heat.
Does this mean one of them impregated her?

The female hormones are upsetting to the household. It was more likely a dominance thing than trying to mate - think of it as "please make it stop, I hate this noise".
However if your male was just neutered, then he can indeed get her pregnant. If he was sexually mature prior to getting neutered, he is going to function and act like an intact male until all the hormones are gone.
Make a spay appointment for her immediately if that's the case, and make one anyway as the wailing and hormones can cause him to start spraying, and her to urine mark. It's not pleasant for anyone.

If the males were just neutered last week or so YES they could still get her pregnant.
If it has been months or years NO.
It is more then likely Dominance humping.
When they do this push them off tell them NO, if that don't work then spray with water and tell NO.

If a cat has been neutered, it means they have no reproductive organs
left. For male cats, it means they have no testicles, meaning they can't
produce sperm, meaning they can't knock up your female kitten no matter
how much they try.

If a vet actually NEUTERED the males that means they cannot get another cat pregnant. Stop asking this question.
