Ventura County firefighters shared an adorable photo Thursday night of a rescue involving a dog that “decided to make a run for it.”
Last month, the pooch attempted to flee when he became stuck between two bars, according to Ventura County Fire Department Station 50 — which covers the Camarillo Airport.
“With a little assurance and a soft hand, he remained calm while we bent the bars to release him,” the department stated on Facebook.
Once released, the dog was reunited with him family and sitter.
