A 39-year-old Windsor man will be facing charges after an altercation between two dogs at a dog park in Tecumseh. Ontario Provincial Police allege the man's Alaskan malamute husky was involved in a fight with a smaller schnoodle on Sunday afternoon.
The schnoodle died as a result of its injuries, OPP say. The man has been summonsed to appear in court. He will be charged under Ontario's Dog Owners Liability Act. The charges have not been proved in court.
